Rnubis is a fictional creature, his image has been drawn from the physical and spiritual world of history. He is the successor of Anubis – who was the jackal-god in Egyptian mythology - a god whose role was to lead the dead to the Day of Judgment and to eternal life. Rnubis, though considered a weak creature, appears in the African myths as a trickster, who acts to establish his right to change and form the world, according to his beliefs. As an exceptional hero he takes advantage of his innuendoes and phenomenal skills to defeat his strongest enemies. He acts to kill and sacrifice himself in his quest to create a new world.
